About Us

The Tuttle Bands offer many opportunities for your child to excel in leadership, discipline, and musical abilities.

Our Performing Ensembles

At Tuttle, all students participate in Concert and Marching Band. Students may also perform in small ensembles or as soloists at Solo and Ensemble Contest. Students are also highly encouraged to audition for honor bands such as, SWOBDA, Shortgrass, Small-School All-State, and OkMEA All-State.

Our Tuttle Tiger Pride Marching Band is the largest and most visible ensemble. We compete at marching contests, perform our show at football games, and play at school spirit events. Within the Marching Band is our Tuttle High School Color Guard which involves dance, flags and rifle work.

The HS Jazz Band meets daily in the spring and also meets after school 2 days a week in the Fall. The Jazz band performs at contests and festivals across the state and serves as our pep band at home basketball games.

The Tuttle High School and Tuttle Middle School Percussion Ensembles are made up of all percussionists in our middle and high school. These groups allow our percussionists to grow their skills and play a variety of music outside of their concert band ensemble.

The Winter Guard is a competitive performing arts group with dance, flags and rifle work, under the umbrella of marching arts. This auditioned group begins after Color Guard ends in the fall.
